If you cancel your booking, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation fees, according to the following timeframes:
- For a total amount below £3,000, paid by credit card: The refund will be issued within approximately 48 hours.
- For a total amount of £3,000 or more: The refund will be processed within approximately 5 business days, due to banking processing times for higher amounts.
