Sometimes we are regrettably not informed of strike action or flight cancellations. In some instances, you may be made aware before us, however we will usually be notified and will thus inform you on how we can help.
In any event, the airline is there to provide assistance if your flight is delayed or cancelled. However if your flight is cancelled, and you are not receiving appropriate assistance from the airline, we ask that you contact our Customer Relations team.
