To date, if your future stay is considered as an "amber" or "red" zone by the British government, you will be able to travel only if you present a compelling reason or a vaccination certificate (14 days completed).
The reason for your trip is unique to you, therefore Voyage Privé cannot take responsibility for canceling it for you.
Therefore, we leave you the choice to maintain or cancel it from your member account. Here are the cancellation conditions that we have put in place :
- If you booked your transport (flight, train or ferry) and your hotel through our website, then we offer you the option of canceling your trip free of charge. All this information is available directly from your member account in the "Bookings" tab and "Cancel my reservation".
- If you didn't book your transport via our website (hotel only) and you benefit from cancellation "Flex by Voyage Privé", you have the option of canceling your stay free of charge, in the form of a voucher, up to 48 hours before your departure.
