Due to exceptional circumstances we have decided to facilitate the payment of your stay.
Therefore, if you have paid 30% of the amount of your stay, the remaining balance will be deducted automatically from your credit card 32 days before your departure and as announced in our general terms of sale.
This deduction will be made from the card used to pay the deposit for your order.
In order to remind you of this forthcoming debit, you will receive an e-mail a few days beforehand reminding you of the date of the forthcoming debit and its amount.
You can also check the date of the debit on your account via your invoice or in the details of your order.
- If it is not possible to pay the balance of your trip on the announced date, the bank will make further attempts in the following days.
- If you are unable to honour the debit, please contact us as soon as possible to find a solution.
