In this period of health crisis, some destinations are now considered to be at risk, which was not the case at the time of your reservation. The government authorities then decide to impose health rules that will not allow you to fully enjoy your stay.
This is why we have taken the decision to cancel certain trips, in particular to distant destinations as well as certain European countries. In this case, an email will be sent to you, explaining the two possibilities available to you :
1. We automatically credit the amount initially paid in the form of a voucher available on your member account. You can keep this voucher and use it for a future stay. This voucher is available 24 months and for all our offers.
2. We also propose the postponement of your trip to 1 year respecting the same conditions as initially reserved. Therefore, you have the option of either accepting this postponement proposal for 1 year or refusing and keeping the voucher.
This choice has to be made within 7 days of receiving our email. Any acceptance of a postponement also implies the reservation with our partners. Therefore, no modification can be taken into account.
If, this solution does not suit you, your voucher will still be valid and can be used on our entire site.
