If you have subscribed to Mutuaide, in case of cancellation, you will benefit from one of the following options:
Mutuaide Premium Cancellation Insurance or Premium Multirisk Insurance : For any justified cause, you are reimbursed for cancellation fees, file fees and air taxes.
COVID-19 type sickness protection : reimbursement in case of a positive PCR test or denied boarding, teleconsultation, inability to get vaccinated when the country makes vaccination mandatory.
Please note that the Premium Assistance insurance only covers you in case of problems on site and does not cover the cancellation of your stay.
