Under the current circumstances, we are aware that some of our members have unfortunately not been able to use their voucher to book a future stay.
If you are unable to use your "Report Covid-19" voucher, you can extend its validity for another 24 months. You will benefit from the initial amount of your voucher + 5%, valid on all our sales to book your next trip.
You also have the possibility to ask for a monetary refund.
| Attention : To extend the duration or to ask for the refund, your " Report Covid-19 " voucher must have expired on your member space.
- How to extend my "Report Covid-19" voucher ?
From your "Credit" area :
- Click on the "Account" tab and then "Credit".
- Then on the button " Manage ".
- Finally on " Extend your voucher ".
Two vouchers will be created automatically and will be instantly available on your account: the initial voucher and the voucher corresponding to the 5% contribution. These two vouchers will be cumulative, valid for 24 months and on all our offers !
- How do I request a refund of my "Report Covid-19" voucher?
You can also request a refund from this same tab, "Credit":
- Click on the "Account" tab and then "Credit".
- Then on the button " Manage ".
- Then on " Extend your voucher ".
- Finally on the mention "here", on the right of your screen
- Fill in your banking information
- Click on "Request refund", bottom left
| Note : The refund will be visible on your account within 2/3 business days, we will contact you by e-mail when the operation is completed.
| Good to know : If you do not have the above procedure, it means that your voucher is not refundable or that you cannot extend its validity date!
