- Confirmed booking
In general, confirmation of the booking is immediate. Directly after the purchase, you will receive an e-mail with all the details of your trip. This e-mail will confirm that your booking has been successfully processed by our services. Don't forget to check your junk mail (spam).
Immediately we will contact our partners so that they can issue your travel documents.
| Good to know : The e-mail address is the one you indicated in your booking.
- Booking in the process of being confirmed
In some situations we cannot confirm your booking immediately, either because we are waiting for confirmation from the supplier or because you have requested an additional option/service that needs to be confirmed by the supplier.
In all cases, we will send you an email informing you of the status of your booking request within 72 hours. If necessary, our customer service will contact you by phone to inform you of the situation.
- Unconfirmed booking
In some very unlikely cases the booking cannot be confirmed after 72 hours. We will send you an e-mail explaining the reason why the confirmation was not possible (unavailability of suppliers, changes in rates...). Rest assured, we will refund the full amount of the reservation.
In any case, don't forget that you can always check the status of your booking in real time on your member account in the "Bookings" tab.
