If your trip is cancelled, you may be entitled to a refund according to one of the 2 situations below.
The trip has been cancelled by Voyage Privé
In some cases, Voyage Privé is obliged to cancel your trip (cancelled flights, supplier problem...). Don't worry, we commit ourselves to reimburse you in full for your stay.
We will propose you to reimburse you by a voucher or in cash on your credit card.
| Good to know : If you choose to be reimbursed in cash, you will be reimbursed directly to the credit card you used to make your reservation.
Your refund will be effective within a maximum of 14 working days.
| Note : If a service (excursions, options, etc.) is cancelled during your stay, we will reimburse you the amount by voucher or in cash.
You decide to cancel your trip
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, cancellation fees will be applied depending on the delay between the cancellation date and the departure date. The amount that Voyage Privé will refund you will be clearly stated before you decide to cancel your trip in your member area.
| Please note : The cancellation fees will not be refunded by Voyage Privé if you have not subscribed to the Xplorassur "cancellation" or "multi-risk" insurance at the time of your reservation.
If you have subscribed to a Xplorassur insurance, you can be reimbursed the cancellation fees for any justified reason. To do so, you must make a request for reimbursement directly on the Xplorassur website dedicated to Voyage Privé clients.
| Good to know : For our offers without transport, the cancellation "Flex by Voyage Privé", allows you to maintain or cancel your stay up to 48 hours before your departure. If you decide to cancel your trip, we will refund you directly in the form of a voucher valid for 2 years.
