As indicated in our General Terms and Conditions, our offers are not usually modifiable due to the ephemeral character of our sales. Nevertheless, we are aware that last-minute changes can occur. We will therefore try to find a solution to your modification request with our suppliers.
Thus, you can make a request to add, modify or remove a traveller from your booking up to 15 days before departure, in accordance with our general Terms and Conditions of sale.
Add a traveller
- Offers without transport: adding a traveller will result in a possible supplement from our hotel partner.
- Offers with transport: adding a traveller is unfortunately not possible if your booking includes transport, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Change a traveller
- Offer without transport: it is possible to modify a passenger under specific conditions. To find out more, please read our article on this subject.
- Offer with transport: it is unfortunately not possible to change a traveller if your booking includes transport, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Cancelling a traveller
- Offer without transport: as indicated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the accommodation part is subject to cancellation fees in the event of total or partial cancellation of the booking. If you wish to add, modify or remove a traveller from your booking, you must contact customer service via the contact form at the bottom of the page.
- Offer with transport: as indicated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the accommodation part is subject to cancellation fees, while the transport part is non-refundable in the event of total or partial cancellation of the booking.
If your request is accepted, you will be informed of the cost of the change. The amount of these fees will depend on our air and hotel service suppliers. In addition to this cost, Voyage Privé will charge the member £16 per file to manage the change.
