If you have chosen to pay for your booking in instalments, the outstanding balance will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card 32 days before your departure.
Payment Method Used for the Charge
The balance payment will be taken from the same card that was used to pay the deposit at the time of booking.
Payment Notifications
You will receive an email notification a few days before the scheduled payment date, reminding you of the remaining amount due and the exact date of the charge. You can also check this information at any time on your invoice or in the details of your booking.
Early Payment
You can choose to pay your outstanding balance in full before the automatic charge date. To do so, go to the details of your booking and click on the Pay button.
| Good to know: If you pay your full balance early, the automatic payment will be cancelled.
Failed Payment
If the balance payment fails on the scheduled date, your bank will attempt to process the charge again in the following days.
| Good to know: Make sure to check the spending limit on the card used for your booking to ensure the automatic payment is authorised.
