How to retrieve, transfer, or delete my personal data?

At Voyage Privé, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We understand the importance of privacy and are committed to giving you full control over your information.

Retrieving My Personal Data

To request a copy of your data:

1. Go to your Account section and select Personal Information.
2. In the Protection of My Personal Data section, click on Restitution of Personal Data.
3. Your data will be sent to you by email within 15 days.
   
   

Transferring My Personal Data

To request the portability of your data:

1. First, request a data retrieval from your Account in the Personal Information section.
2. Once you have received your data, you can transfer it to the organization of your choice.

Deleting My Personal Data

To request the deletion of your personal data, you must delete your Member Account by clicking on Delete My Account.

Your Member Account will be permanently deleted within 15 days.

| Good to know: If you wish to receive your personal data before deleting your account, you must request a data retrieval first before proceeding with the account deletion.
