If you can't find your booking in your Member Account, don’t worry! Follow these steps to resolve the issue.
1. Check your login details
Make sure you are logged in with the same email address used at the time of booking. Sometimes, a reservation may be linked to a different account or email address.
│ Tip: If you have multiple email addresses, try logging in with each one to check.
2. Access your booking from the "Bookings" section
If you have your booking reference number, you can retrieve your reservation directly:
- Go to your Bookings section on our website.
- Enter your booking reference number (sent to you via email when your reservation was confirmed).
- View your booking details, including all travel information.
3. Check your inbox
Search for your booking confirmation email in your inbox. Try using keywords like "booking," "confirmation," or the name of the hotel" to find it faster.
Check your spam or junk folders – sometimes important emails may be filtered there.
4. Verify your booking status
If you recently booked, the confirmation process may still be ongoing. This can take up to 72 hours. In this case, your booking may not yet appear in your Member Account. Wait a few hours and check again later.
5. Contact our customer service
If your booking is still missing after 72 hours, we recommend contacting our customer service team for assistance. Have your booking reference number or any relevant details ready to help locate your reservation.
