If you have booked a package including a special flight operated by one of our tour operator partners, we will send you your flight details between 5 and 2 days before departure.
Why are flight details provided later?
Flight schedules depend on the Civil Aviation Authority. At the time of booking, we informed you that your flight times would be confirmed later.
No need to worry — you will receive an email notification as soon as your documents are available.
Where can I find my flight details?
Once the information is available, you can check your flight details:
- In the booking details section of your Member Account.
- In your travel documents, under Outbound Flight and Return Flight sections.
