1. Check the online check-in opening window
Each airline has its own schedule for when online check-in becomes available.
If you try to check in before this period opens, it won’t be possible.
To find this information:

Go to your Member Account

Navigate to the Bookings section and select your reservation

The check-in opening window will be shown under the section Check-in opening
2. Check your ticket number or booking reference
These details can also be found in the same section, under Check-in details.
Please note that these instructions may vary depending on the airline.
| Please note: If this information is not available, it means you are travelling on a special charter flight operated by a Tour Operator. In that case, online check-in is not available.
You will need to check in directly at the airline’s counter at the airport.
