Where can I find my hotel’s check-in and check-out times?
In your booking details
After confirming your booking, you can find the check-in and check-out times for your accommodation directly in your booking summary. To access this:

Log in to your Member Account on our website

Go to the Bookings section

Select the relevant reservation to view the details

The check-in and check-out times are listed in the Important information section
In your travel documents
The check-in and check-out times are also available in your travel documents. To view them:

Open the documents you received by email, or download them from your Member Account, under the relevant booking

Click on Good to know section from the dynamic menu

The check-in and check-out times will be listed there
General information
While times can vary between hotels, here’s what you can generally expect:

Check-in: Usually available from 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM. This is when your room will be ready.

Check-out: Typically required by 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM. This is the latest time by which you must vacate your room.
| Good to know: If your flight or transfer times don’t align with these hours, feel free to contact the hotel.
It’s often possible to request an early check-in or late check-out, depending on availability — sometimes with an extra fee.
Most hotels also offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, depending on your travel schedule. We recommend contacting the hotel in advance to confirm whether this service is available.
