If the change is less than 12 hours
We’ve been informed of the updated flight times, and your travel documents will be updated shortly and sent to you again. You’ll also be able to view the new flight details directly in your Bookings section of your Member Account.
What to do in case of flight cancellation?
If your flight has been cancelled and you haven't yet been contacted, please be patient. An advisor will reach out to you as soon as possible to offer you a new flight option to maintain your stay.
