Knowing your departure terminal is key to planning your journey efficiently and avoiding any last-minute surprises at the airport. Here are several ways to find your terminal number.
| Important: Please note that terminal information can sometimes change, so it’s always a good idea to double-check on the day of departure.
In your travel documents
The most common way to find your terminal number is by checking your travel documents, under the Itinerary section, or in the booking details in your Member Account.
| Important: If the terminal number does not appear in your travel documents or booking details, it may indicate that you are flying with a special charter flight operated by a tour operator. In this case, your terminal information will be provided no later than the day before departure. Otherwise, we recommend trying one of the methods below.
On the airline’s website or mobile app
Airlines often provide tools to view your flight details online. By logging into the airline’s website or mobile app using your booking reference, you can access your full flight information — including the departure terminal. This is especially useful if changes were made after your initial booking.
On Google
You can quickly check your terminal number by entering your flight number on Google (e.g. "AF123").
Google often displays real-time flight information, including the departure terminal.
On airport display screens
If you haven’t checked your terminal number before arriving at the airport, simply consult the departure screens in the terminal. These screens show updated flight information, including the departure terminal.
It’s best to check them as soon as you arrive, as terminals may occasionally change due to operational reasons.
Special flights (tour operator)
If your booking includes a special flight operated by one of our tour operator partners, we will send you your terminal and check-in information between 5 and 2 days before departure.
