Where can I find information about my eSIM card?
A few days before your departure, you’ll receive a booking voucher by email from Hubby eSIM.
You can also find it in the Annexes section of your travel documents, accessible from your Member Account, under Orders.

How do I install my eSIM card?
Step 1: Install your eSIM before departure
- Download the Hubby eSIM app using the link found in your travel documents.
- Enter your unique code in the app.
- Follow the detailed instructions in the app to complete installation.
Step 2: Activate your connection upon arrival
- Open the eSIM app when you arrive at your destination.
- Tap the green button and follow the instructions.
- Enable mobile data via your eSIM in your phone’s settings.
What do the 2 GB include?
2 GB of data corresponds approximately to:
- 25 hours of web browsing or audio streaming
- 2–3 hours of video streaming, video calls, or heavy social media use
