Why am I being asked for my flight details if I didn’t book my tickets with Voyage Privé?

You may receive an email inviting you to complete your flight information, even if you booked your flights independently.

Why this request?

Even if your flight was not booked through Voyage Privé, some details are still needed to ensure the smooth organisation of your trip:

• Airport-hotel transfers (if included in your booking) must be coordinated based on your arrival and departure times.

• Some hotels or local partners require arrival times in advance to welcome you in the best possible way.

How to submit your flight details?

If you booked your flights independently, you can easily enter your flight times via your member account:

1. Log in to your Voyage Privé account.

2. Go to the "Bookings" section.

3. Select the relevant trip by clicking on "View details".

   

4. Click on "Complete" to fill in your flight details.

   

5. Enter your outbound and return flight information (airline, flight number, times, etc.).

| Good to know: if you don’t yet know your flight times, you can return at any time to add them once you do.
