Once your booking is confirmed, you can access your travel documents directly from your booking details or via your confirmation email.
How to retrieve your documents
- Log in to the Member Account used to make the booking.
- Go to your Bookings section and select the good reservation.
- Click on Travel Documents – a PDF document will open in a new page, allowing you to view or print your documents.
Document availability
If some documents are not yet available, your booking remains confirmed. You will receive an email notification as soon as all documents are issued and updated in your account. Some of our partners may send vouchers up to 48 hours before departure, so always check your travel documents before your trip.
