You have the option to cancel your stay on your own directly from your Member Account. Follow the steps below to proceed with the cancellation of your booking.
Steps to Cancel Your Stay
- Go to your Bookings section and select the relevant booking.
- Click on Manage my booking, then on Cancel my reservation.
- Before confirming the cancellation, take the time to review the cancellation fees. These fees include processing charges and are calculated based on your insurance options and the conditions outlined in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Clause 13).
- Confirm the cancellation of your booking.
Important Information About Cancellation
- The cancellation of your booking is irreversible and takes effect immediately upon validation. You will receive your cancellation invoice by email, which will also be available in your Bookings section under the Other Documents dropdown menu.
- If you purchased Xplorassur travel insurance when booking, please make sure to cancel your stay before starting the reimbursement process with your insurer.
- If you need to cancel due to illness, please contact your insurance provider for more details on the applicable procedures.
