You can find all your bookings in the Bookings section of your account :
- Your past stays
- Your upcoming departures
- Your canceled orders
| Note : It is also on your member account that you will find your travel information, your invoices and all the information relating to your stays.
If you cannot find your orders on your member account :
1. Make sure you are logged into the member account from which the reservation was made.
2. After this verification, still in your "Bookings" section, click on the "I can't find my booking" button. You will be asked for your reservation number in the format "10XXXXXXVPUK". A message will automatically be sent to your e-mail address.
3. If you still cannot find your order, you can consult our chat bot at the bottom right of your screen or fill out a contact form to be put in touch with customer service.
