There may be several reasons for your error:
- Please check that your gift card or voucher is still valid. You can find all the details in the 'Credit' area of your member account.
- If you have already used your gift card or voucher in the past, check that there is still a sufficient balance.
- Check if your voucher has a minimum amount requirement in order to use it.
| Note: You cannot pay your remaining balance by gift card or voucher. These payment methods are only possible when you purchase your trip.
