You can take out travel insurance when you place your order. This option will be offered to you before you pay for your booking. You will find below 3 types of insurance offered by the Xplorassur insurance company.

Multi-risk Premium Insurance (extracts)
- Cancellation for 'any' justifiable reason: you will be reimbursed for cancellation fees, booking fees and air taxes in the event of cancellation due to an event beyond your control, unknown at the time of booking and justifiable.
- Missed departure: if an unforeseen event prevents you from taking your departure flight, your ticket will be reimbursed to your destination.
- Impossible departure: reimbursement of your return/reschedule costs following a total or partial closure of the airport, (bus) station or port.
- Transport delays: flat-rate amount in the event of a delay of more than 4 hours.
- Impossible return: if it is impossible to return on the date initially planned and the organiser and/or the airline makes a change, reimbursement of hotel costs (hotel and meals) resulting from the extension of the stay.
- Interruption of stay: reimbursement of unused services following your repatriation or early return.
- Activity interruption costs: reimbursement of a guaranteed service that you are unable to take part in due to illness during your stay.
- Repatriation and medical assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: in the event of a health problem, benefit from optimum medical cover and unlimited repatriation.
- Luggage cover: cover for luggage taken with you or bought locally, in the event of theft, damage or loss

Cancellation ‘all causes’ justified without justification: you are reimbursed the cancellation fees, administrative costs and air taxes in the event of cancellation due to an event beyond your control, unknown at the time of booking and covered by the contract, without justification up to 5 days before departure.
