Once your trip is booked, you have the option to submit a special service request up to 24 hours before departure. Below, you will find the steps to submit your request.
Types of Special Service Requests Available
In the request form, you can select from the following special service options:
- Room Requests: Accessible room, connecting rooms, or adjacent rooms.
- Bedding Preferences: Baby cot, double bed, or twin beds (separate beds).
- Parking: On-site parking reservation.
- Pets: Cat, dog, etc. Please specify the type of pet, its weight, and size in your request.
- Dietary Requirements: Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc. Please mention the name of the person with the dietary restriction and the type of allergy.
- Special Occasion: Honeymoon, birthday, or wedding anniversary.
Steps to Submit a Special Request to Your Hotel
- Go to your Bookings section and select the relevant reservation.
- Click on Help & Contact.
- Submit your special service request in the Contact the Establishment section.
Tracking Your Special Request
Once the form has been submitted, you can check the status of your request directly in your Bookings section.
| Important: These special service requests are subject to availability and acceptance by the service provider. If your request is declined or unanswered, we recommend confirming it directly at the hotel upon arrival.
