As stated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, our offers are generally non-modifiable due to the limited-time nature of our sales. However, in some specific cases, it is possible to change your travel dates under certain conditions.
| Please note: Date modifications are not available for offers that include flights, cruises, restaurants, road trips (autotours), multi-hotel stays, or tour operator packages.
How Can I Check If My Booking Is Modifiable?
For some offers without flights, you may have the option to modify your travel dates up to 15 days before departure. To check if your booking is eligible for a date modification:
- Log into your Member Account.
- Go to your Bookings section.
- Click on Manage my booking, then select Change my stay.

How to Modify Your Booking If It Is Eligible
- Click on Check Availability and select your new travel dates.
- Your request will be sent for approval by our hotel partners.
The modification cost will be displayed and includes:
- The price difference if your new dates are more expensive.
- Any fees charged by the provider for the modification.
- A £16 administrative fee per booking charged by Voyage Privé.
| Important: Only credit card payments are accepted for date modifications.
Validation Process
If your modification request incurs additional fees, only a £1 temporary hold will be placed on your credit card. The total amount will only be charged once the provider has approved your modification request. If the modification is declined, your original booking will remain unchanged, the £1 hold will be released, and no modification fees will be charged.
