How to Submit Your Claim
- Accessing the contact form: To initiate your claim, please submit your request via our contact form located at the bottom of this page. Select the appropriate category by clicking on I am back home after travelling with you then I want to make a complaint about...
- Choosing the relevant service: Indicate the specific service related to your claim (hotel, transportation, additional options, etc.).
- Providing claim details: Describe your claim clearly and concisely. To support your request, we recommend attaching supporting documents such as photos, videos, or any other factual evidence that may justify your claim.
Processing Time
We work in line with ABTA guidelines, and will provide a full response to your complaint within 28 days. However, if we require our suppliers to assist with the complaint and we have not heard back from them in time, we will let you know that we are still waiting for their assistance so that you are aware of the situation. We assure you that we will do our best to provide you with a response as quickly as possible.
