The cancellation "Flex by Voyage Privé" which is available on the majority of our offers without transport (flight, train or ferry).
We offer you the possibility to maintain or cancel your stay up to 48 hours before your departure.
If you decide to cancel your trip, we will refund you directly in the form of a voucher valid for 2 years. The processing fee for a reservation of less than 700€ will be 35€. For a reservation over 700€ the fee will be 65€.
You must cancel your reservation from your member account. To do so, click on the "Bookings" tab, then "Manage my booking"/"Cancel my booking".
Then click on the "Cancel my order" tab. As a reminder, the refund can only be given in the form of a voucher valid for two years and can be used to rebook any of our offers.
