At Voyage Privé, we understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we offer the Cancellation Flex by Voyage Privé option, available for most of our offers without transport (flights, trains, or ferries).
How does Cancellation Flex by Voyage Privé work?
With Cancellation Flex by Voyage Privé, you have the flexibility to cancel your booking up to 48 hours before departure. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a voucher valid for two years, which can be used on any of our offers.
Are there any processing fees?
Yes, to process your cancellation request, we apply a processing fee:
- £35 for bookings under £700
- £65 for bookings over £700
How do I cancel my booking and receive my voucher?
To cancel your booking and receive your Flex by Voyage Privé voucher, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Member Account.
- Go to your Bookings section and select the booking you wish to cancel.
- Click on Manage my booking, then select Cancel my reservation.
- Finally, confirm by clicking Cancel my booking.
Your voucher will then be available in your Member Account, under the Credit section.
│ Important: The refund is only issued as a voucher valid for two years. Monetary refunds are not available with the Annulation Flex by Voyage Privé option.
