When booking an international trip, you may need to provide your passport details to complete your reservation.
Before booking
To save time when making a reservation, you can pre-save your passport information in your profile, under the Passport Information section of your Personal Information.
│ Important: Information saved in your personal details is not retroactive—it will only apply to future bookings. If you need to correct passport details for an existing reservation, please check our articles on modifying booking details.
After booking
If passport details are required for your reservation, you will receive an email notification prompting you to enter this information. You can do so from your booking details, by clicking on the Complete button.
│ Good to know: Entering your passport details does not replace your responsibility to ensure that your ID is valid for the duration of your trip and that it allows you to travel to your booked destination.
