You can track the status of your booking in real time from your Member Account, under the Bookings section.
Possible booking statuses
Booking confirmed
- Your booking has been confirmed and successfully processed.
- Our partners have been notified and are preparing your travel documents.
- You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your stay at the email address provided during booking.

Booking pending confirmation
Your booking is awaiting confirmation from our partners, or an additional option needs to be validated.
- You will receive an update by email within 72 hours.
- If necessary, one of our advisors may also contact you by phone to inform you of any changes.
Booking not confirmed
If your booking cannot be confirmed after 72 hours, it will be cancelled. In this case:
- You will receive an email explaining the reason for the cancellation (e.g., partner unavailability, price changes).
- A full refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of booking.
