If your payment failed by credit card, we invite you to check the following information:
- The accuracy of the fields filled in (e.g. your card number)
- The validity date of your credit card
- Whether a card limit has been reached in the days preceding your payment attempt
You can also try another credit card or split the total amount of your trip.
| Note : We do not accept payment with an American Express card.
If your payment failed, please contact your financial institution to make sure that the limit has not been exceeded.
Even if you have sufficient funds in your account, recent purchases can temporarily block your card. A simple call to your advisor can temporarily unblock your bank limit.
