As indicated in our Terms & Conditions, our offers are not modifiable due to the flash character of our sales.
However, you can change the destination in the following two situations:
- If you have chosen the Flex Cancellation option, you have the possibility to cancel your trip, obtain a refund by voucher (excluding processing fees), and rebook for a new destination.
- If your destination is temporarily unavailable due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
In this case, you will be notified of the possibility to choose a new destination. The amount of your old booking will be automatically deducted from the total price of your new booking. Cancellation of your old booking is automatic and free of charge.
In either case, go to your "Bookings" area and click on the "Manage my booking" tab.
