You have an upcoming stay
We are closely monitoring the evolution of the situation in the Middle East and the closure of certain airspaces. Our teams are in constant contact with the competent authorities and our local partners at destination. In some cases, the evolution of the situation does not allow the initially planned stay to be maintained.

We have cancelled your trip and refunded it in the form of a credit voucher. You have received a notification email as well as a cancellation confirmation email. If this is not the case, we invite you to check your spam folder, or simply log in to your member account to verify that the refund has been processed.
Departure dates from 20 April (23/03 for Jordan)
Our teams are closely monitoring the evolution of the situation in the Middle East, in coordination with the airlines, our local partners and the recommendations issued by local and governmental authorities. No action is required on your part at this time: if the situation evolves in a way that may impact your trip, you will be personally contacted by our teams, who will offer solutions adapted to your situation.
If you have a stay planned with a stopover in the following destinations:
- Qatar
- Saudi Arabia
- Bahrain
United Arab Emirates - Oman
If your original flight is maintained by the airline, your booking remains unchanged and no action is required on your part.
If your original flight (outbound or return) with a stopover in the above-mentioned countries is cancelled by the airline, your trip unfortunately cannot be maintained and we will proceed with a full refund of your booking in the form of a credit voucher.
You are currently on site and your return flight was booked with Voyage Privé
If your return flight has been canceled, we kindly ask you to remain at your hotel. If you are stranded in the Middle East, in agreement with our partner, you will not be charged any additional fees. If you are stranded at another destination with a return stopover in the Middle East, you will not be charged any additional fees for the first three nights.
Our teams are working hard to find a solution to get you home as soon as possible. As soon as a confirmed option is available, you will be contacted immediately. Please ensure that you can be reached by phone and email.
You are currently on site and your return flight was not booked with Voyage Privé
If your transport was not booked through Voyage Privé, we invite you to contact your airline directly in order to learn about the solutions planned for your return. In the meantime, we recommend that you remain at your hotel and stay reachable by phone and email. Our teams naturally remain available for any questions or urgent needs related to your stay.
