You can find all details about your transfer service directly in your Member Account, under the Bookings section or in your travel documents.
If you booked your flights with Voyage Privé
If your stay includes a transfer service and you have booked your flights with Voyage Privé, your transfer will be guaranteed upon arrival, unless your travel documents specify that you need to arrange this service before departure.
Your transfer will be easily identifiable with a sign displaying:
- Your name
- The name of your hotel
- The name Voyage Privé
If you booked your flights independently
If your stay includes a transfer service but you have booked your flights separately, you must provide us with your flight details to arrange your transfer.
How to submit your flight details:
- Go to the details of your booking.
- Click on Complete in the section regarding your booking status.
- Enter your flight details in the pop-up window and click Save.
Once your flight details have been submitted, and unless your travel documents state otherwise, we will ensure your transfer is arranged for your arrival.
Your transfer service will be waiting for you at your destination, and you will recognize it by a sign displaying:
- Your name
- The name of your hotel
- The name Voyage Privé
│ Note: If your flight is delayed, the transfer service will automatically be informed and will adjust to your new arrival time.
