If your trip is canceled, you may be eligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances: whether it was canceled by Voyage Privé or by your own decision. Below, discover your options—whether it's a travel voucher or a monetary refund—as well as the steps to follow.
You Decide to Cancel Your Trip
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, cancellation fees will apply depending on the time between your cancellation date and the departure date. The exact amount of cancellation fees will be displayed before you confirm the final cancellation of your trip.
If You Have Purchased a Travel Insurance
If you purchased Xplorassur or Mutuaide insurance when booking, you may request reimbursement of cancellation fees for any justified reason by following the process outlined by your insurer.
If You Have the Flex by Voyage Privé Cancellation Insurance
If your offer is eligible for the Flex by Voyage Privé Cancellation Insurance (check under the Services tab in your Bookings section), you can cancel your trip up to 48 hours before departure and receive a refund in the form of a travel voucher only, valid for 2 years across all our offers.
Your Trip Was Canceled by Voyage Privé
In certain situations, Voyage Privé may be required to cancel all or part of your stay (such as flights or excursions). In this case, Voyage Privé commits to refunding you in full, with the refund method of your choice:
- A bonus travel voucher, immediately available for booking a new trip.
- A full monetary refund, credited within 14 days to the bank card used at the time of booking.
