If you wish to declare a claim or to be reimbursed, you can create your claim directly on the dedicated Xplorassur website using your file number 10XXXXXXXVPUK, your Xplorassur subscription number and your dates of stay.
If you have any questions about your current file, you can send a message directly to the administrator on the dedicated Xplorassur website.
If you have any problems opening your file, don't hesitate to contact them by telephone on 05 32 66 30 74 Monday to Friday 2pm-5pm.
