If the status of your request is :
- New: we have received your request, our consultants will review it as soon as possible.
- On hold: we are waiting for a response from one of our service providers in order to provide you with the best possible answer. As soon as they return, a consultant will contact you.
- In progress: your request is being processed by one of our advisors, you will receive a response shortly.
- Completed: our teams have answered your request, and it is now resolved.
